I have set up a "blog" to keep articles and news about the cottage and local events etc - at the moment you can access it by clicking Dalraddy Cottage blog . Latest article posted February 2010.

Beat the credit crunch! If you're in the UK why not beat the credit crunch and the weak pound and book a break in the beautiful Staffordshire countryside. With the Euro at almost equal to a pound it makes holidays in Europe very expensive.

If however you're in Europe or the USA, holidays in the Uk have never looked more favourable. The pound won't be this low for ever......... Our bookings from outside the UK are already up on last year - there's obviously some canny folk out there. Bookings for 2010 are also up on last year - don't leave it too late and be disappointed.

Charity fundraising:

You may be interested to learn that in July 2008 I travelled to Russia on my Triumph Rocket 3 trike to raise money for breast cancer care. I rode 3700 miles through 16 countries in 18 days!
